The Comfort Cab comes ready to install. There is no need for Certified Air Conditioning, or Electrical personnel. Any truck maintenance person, or anyone with mechanical skills, can install this APU unit without special training. It installs in the following areas of the cab, as shown in the drawing above.
- Air/Heater box under the bunk.
- Batteries, inverter and control box in the storage area.
- Thermostat, heating/AC blower, and AC electric outlet in cab.
- Run battery harnesses from inverter to alternator.
- Shore line and air intake outside rear of cab.
