The owners of NAS, LLC have been in manufacturing, product development and marketing for over 40 years. Getting involved in the development of the Comfort Cab APU was a natural step for us.

Already having a connection, one member has a minority ownership and serves on the management board of an ergonomic business. This company has successfully served the trucking industry, improving the health and comfort of the drivers while driving and saving millions of dollars in comp claims, as well as reducing disability leave and driver turnover.

As a result of this background, it was natural to respond positively to Comfort Cab when presented to us. Helping the comfort and health of the driver at rest and at the same time stop air pollution with no-idle time was very appealing. We determined that the Comfort Cab APU is what the industry needs and will accomplish the following criteria:

1. Provide both heating and cooling for quality sleep and relaxation during non-driving time.
2. Does not use any fuel therefore you’re emission free while providing APU services during non-driving time.
3. Provides power for other appliances during non-driving time.
4. Shore power connection included, provides option of running both Comfort Cab and your appliances for an unlimited time.
5. Easy to install and truck friendly. Comfort Cab requires so little truck modification that we provide an inexpensive restoration kit that covers the few holes in the truck. This kit makes it easy to transfer Comfort Cab from one truck to another.
6. Comfort Cab is a low cost APU with easy installation for a fast RETURN ON INVESTMENT from fuel savings only.
7. Does not use any energy from the truck batteries during non-driving time.
